LEGAZPI CITY Super Typhoon “Uwan” (international name: Fung-wong) left a trail of destruction across the Bicol region, toppling homes, power and communication lines, and damaging agriculture and infrastructure.
Super Typhoon Uwan, known internationally as Fung-wong, swept through the Bicol region and left widespread damage in its wake. Homes were flattened, power and communication lines went down, and both farms and public infrastructure took a heavy hit.
